| KBMD have agreed a
joint venture with Inter-Alliance PLC. We are now offering a full range
of investment and financial services through Inter-Alliance PLC. Inter-Alliance Plc is the largest national indepentent financial adviser regulated by the Personal Investment Authority and has achieved approval on all operational systems from the British Standards Institution using ISO 9002. This ensures continuity and uniformity for all our internal quality manged systems. We have always mainted that KBMD will provide the highest level of service to our clients. We fell this joint venture will greatly enable us to continue to do so whilst adding significant value to the services we already provide.
